add shared mailbox Accounting Calendar to new Outlook.
In new Outlook to add the calendar you will need to click on the calendar icon on the left side of the screen.
Then click Add calendar.
Then click Add from directory.
In the "Please select an account to search from" box select your email address.
In the "Select a person, group, or resource from your organization's directory to view the associated calendar". start typing Accounting and select Accounting Calendar.
Then in the Add to box select "My calendars".
Then click the add button.
You can close the "Add from directory" window.
Then you can select the Accounting Calendar under "My calendars" on the left side of the screen.
