Setup Epson WF-7840 For Scan To Email.
Configure the Administrator User Name and Password using the credentials in 1Password (search: Epson).
Configure a Fixed IP assignment in Meraki for the Epson. You can obtain the MAC address by logging into the Epson and going to Status | Network Status. The MAC address is the last item on the page.
In Meraki navigate to the network where the Epson is located and go to Security & SD-WAN | DHCP.
Under VLAN 60 (Granger Employees) create a new Fixed IP assignment with the client name Epson WF-7840, the MAC address and the LAN IP. The LAN IP will end in .20 so if the VLAN is 10.60.28.0/24 the LAN IP for the Epson will be 10.60.28.20.

The Epson will need to be restarted once the Fixed IP assignment has been created.
Log back into the Epson by going to https://10.60.XXX.20. XXX will be unique for each site.
Go to Network | Email Server | Basic and configure the settings as shown below. The credentials for granger-copier@grangerconstruction.com are in 1Password (search: granger-copier).

Once you have clicked the blue OK button to save the settings go to Network | Email Server | Connection Test and click the blue Start button.
You should see a message that says the connection test was successful.

Go to Device Management | Date and Time | Time Server and configure the settings as shown below and click the blue OK button.

Go to Device Management | Date and Time | Time Difference and configure the settings as shown below and click the blue OK button.

To add users to the address book for Scan To Email go to Scan/Copy | Contacts.
Select the number you wish to edit and click the blue Edit button.
Enter the name (Frist, Last), change the type to Email and enter the email address then click the blue Apply button. Do this for each user that needs to be added to the address book.
